The Omakase Room

RIVER NORTH

The Omakase Room at Sushi-san is a ten-seat, 18-course omakase experience located in Chicago’s River North, offering world-class sushi alongside one of the city’s largest Japanese whisky and sake programs. This was one of the first restaurants where I led the full design process, and now serve as lead designer.

Scope of work includes branding, menus, signage, packaging, promotional materials (email, social), and website design.
